The following items are not permitted as prizes on Prize.link, while comprehensive this list should serve as a guide and final decision on acceptance of an event is at the discretion of the prize.link team and management.

Physical real estate, houses, commercial property.

Firearms, ammunition, and related items, including but not limited to disguised firearms, switchblade knives, martial arts weapons, silencers, and tear gas.

Pyrotechnic Devices and Hazardous Materials

Fireworks and related products, toxic, flammable, and radioactive substances, gunpowder, and explosives.

Pornographic Material and Services

Pornographic content and escort or dating services, including material involving minors or content construed as pedophilia.

Drugs and Parapharmaceutical Compounds

Controlled substances, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, psychoactive plants, and any materials promoting their use. Legal substances that mimic the effects of illegal drugs are also prohibited.

Gaming / Gambling

Unlicensed lotteries, sports betting, and other related gambling activities.

E-Money Products and Services

E-money cards and related products and services.

Financial Services and Payment Instruments

Services such as crowdfunding and Bitcoin trading.

Precious Materials

Large-scale sales of rare or precious metals and stones.

Prescription Drugs and Medical Devices

Medicines requiring a prescription and medical devices needing special licenses for distribution.

Miraculous Treatments

Unfounded treatments or products claiming to be easy health solutions.

Mass Marketing Tools

Email lists, software, or products that facilitate unsolicited email messages (spam).

Animals & Plant Seeds

Animal parts, blood, fluids, toxic weeds, and plant seeds, including derivatives of endangered or protected species.

Copyrighted and Software

Unauthorized copies of books, music, films, software, and video games.

Counterfeit Goods or Imitations

Imitations of designer goods, uncertified celebrity autographs, fake coins, stamps, tickets, and similar items.

Circumvention Devices

Mod chips or devices designed to bypass digital protection measures, including those for unlocking iPhones.

Financial or Other Products, Services, and Securities

Investments, non-collectible debt transfer, stock market disbursements, traveller's checks, stocks, bonds, and related financial products.

Government IDs, Documents, or Uniforms

Government IDs, passports, diplomas, titles of nobility, and uniforms.

Hacking and Cracking Materials

Manuals, guides, equipment for unauthorized access to software, servers, web pages, or other protected items.

Human Parts

Organs, body parts, fluids, stem cells, and embryos.

Stolen Goods

Items promoting illegal goods or acts, goods not owned by the seller, contraband, and motor vehicles with transfer restrictions.

Illegal Telecommunications Equipment

Tools for acquiring free cable and satellite signals, cable descramblers, black boxes, access cards, and illegal mobile phone modification tools.

Multi-level Marketing and Wealth Creation Programs

MLM schemes, pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, and wealth creation programs.

Offensive Goods

Items that defame or slander based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, or other protected factors, promote violence, bigotry, hatred, terrorist activities, or revisionist theories.

Criminality

Items associated with criminals or criminal acts, such as personal belongings of criminals.

Adjustable Goods

Airbags, mercury-containing batteries, freon, chemical and industrial solvents, medical procedures, vehicle titles, license plates, police badges, medical devices, pesticides, and insecticides.

Items covered by the 1970 UNESCO Convention on cultural property, artifacts, speleothems, and tombs protected by national and federal laws.
